What it is. The Morningstar Prostar 15, no meter is a 15 amp 12/24 volt charge controlle. This little baby not only serves as a excellent solar charge controller, but also as a lighting controller.

Batteries. Battery options continue to grow, and the Prostar 15, no meter keeps up! With 7 standard battery settings, plus custom settings.
